This policy describes when refunds may apply for restroheart.in paid plans. Free trials and free tiers are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Charges are typically non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or stated below.
Eligible refunds
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error
- Service unavailability for a prolonged period attributable to restroheart.in
- Requests within 7 days of first paid purchase if no material usage
How to request
Email support@restroheart.in with your company name, account email, and invoice ID. We respond within 5 business days.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime from your Company Admin settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
