Restaurant Analytics — 55+ Reports That End in Actions
Most POS reports are tables you scroll and forget. RestroHeart's analytics were built on one rule: every report ends in an action. Under every table there's a written insight — 'Saturday is your best day; Monday the weakest — run the weekday offer on Monday' — with a link to the screen where you act on it.
One engine, seven report groups
- Sales & Revenue — summary, by item, category, channel, payment mode, hourly, discounts, returns
- Finance & Day Close — collections, cash reconciliation, GST, expenses, vendor ageing, P&L
- Inventory — stock value, consumption, purchases, movement ledger, wastage, dish margins
- Operations — kitchen speed, prep times, table turns, captain performance
- Customers — capture rate, new vs repeat, top customers, retention segments
- AI Intelligence — forecasts, menu engineering, health score
- Automation & Alerts — anomalies, predictive alerts, the owner's action list
Every screen works the same way
Branch selector, date presets (today to this year), report-specific filters, and Excel / CSV / PDF exports that carry your current filters. Owners and outlet admins see the same screens, scoped to what they're allowed to see.
Honest numbers, stated basis
Forecast and statistical screens print what they're based on — 'based on 42 days of history, high confidence' — and show nothing rather than a made-up number when history is too short.
