By accessing FUYA POS you agree to these Terms. If you use FUYA POS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Accounts & roles
Access is role-based. Super Admins may register companies. Company Admins manage users and data within their tenant. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
- No attempts to breach tenant isolation or security controls
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law
Service changes
We may update features, APIs, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or email where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUYA POS is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
